These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 646php ("646php", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 646php website located at https://646php.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

646php operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is committed to providing a fair, secure, and responsible online gaming environment for players in the Philippines, including those in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other regions nationwide.

1Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering a 646php account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy), and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 646php platform.

1.2 These Terms take effect from the moment you complete registration on 646php and remain in effect for the duration of your use of the Service, including after any account closure, with respect to outstanding obligations.

1.3 646php reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. 2Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.1 Minimum Age: 21 years old. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the 646php platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users without exception.

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or legally present in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction from 646php or any other gaming platform regulated under PAGCOR;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 646php, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

2.3 646php reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any associated funds pending verification review.

2.4 Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending transactions will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts won through use of the platform during the period of underage access.

3Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of 646php services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the 646php platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 646php. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 646php is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with PAGCOR framework requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit the following documents when requested:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance issued within the last three months);

4Account Security

4.5 For your protection, 646php recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, using a unique strong password, and accessing the platform only through secure, private networks.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 646php accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed within your 646php account dashboard.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 646php is ₱100 PHP. Individual payment providers may impose their own minimum transaction limits which may exceed this threshold.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on 646php are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Transactions originated in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal schedule. GCash and Maya withdrawals are prioritized for speed. 646php reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily delay the transaction.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR framework requirements, 646php is obligated to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. 646php reserves the right to delay, hold, or report transactions as required by applicable law. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

5.6 646php does not accept third-party deposits. All funds deposited to your 646php account must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Any funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 646php may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions") to new and existing players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds awarded by 646php are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and any game-type weighting restrictions will be stated in the individual Promotion terms.

6.3 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, using mathematical betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended or closed.

6.4 646php reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players who have already accepted the relevant Promotion.

6.5 Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements, and cannot be exchanged for real cash except in accordance with applicable Promotion terms.

6.6 The 646php Loyalty Program is governed by its own terms and conditions, available at /loyalty-program. Loyalty points and tier benefits are awarded at 646php's discretion and are not guaranteed.

7Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on the 646php platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, sabong, poker, and lottery-style games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or in dedicated game guides on the platform.

7.2 Random Number Generator (RNG). All non-live casino games on 646php use a certified Random Number Generator to determine outcomes. The RNG ensures that each game result is entirely independent, random, and not influenced by prior results, player history, bet size, or any other variable.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the integrity of a game or transaction, 646php reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return the applicable wager amounts to players. 646php's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on 646php — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and volleyball — are subject to the sports betting rules published in the relevant section of the platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except where 646php's rules expressly permit it.

7.5 Disconnection from the platform during an active game session does not automatically void any active bets or game rounds. The platform will resolve ongoing games in accordance with its standard rules. 646php is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

8Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 646php platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating the creation of accounts for other persons;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction that violates Philippine law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 646php staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any amounts won through such exploitation will be void;
• Attempting to access or interfere with the 646php platform's backend systems, databases, or security infrastructure;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as a betting agent without express written authorization from 646php;
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal recreational gaming;
• Engaging in any conduct that 646php reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful toward other users or 646php staff.

8.2 646php employs fraud detection technology and conducts regular audits to identify prohibited conduct. Evidence of any prohibited activity will be documented and may be submitted to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement as required.

9Responsible Gaming

9.1 646php is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on our platform. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors that require support and intervention.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. 646php provides the following responsible gaming features, accessible from within your account settings:

10Intellectual Property

11Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 646php shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

11.2 646php does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 646php's control may temporarily affect platform availability.

11.3 646php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms — regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your 646php account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 646php's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 646php collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12.2 By registering a 646php account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.

12.3 646php will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification partners) strictly for the purpose of operating the Service, and only under appropriate data processing agreements.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 646php account, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. 646php is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours of initial contact.

14.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory body in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework for online gaming complaints in the Philippines.

14.4 646php will maintain records of all player disputes and their resolutions in accordance with our regulatory obligations. These records may be reviewed by PAGCOR during regulatory audits.

14.5 If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
